Random waves 1

It's late night
My mini is still rolling on bed bcoz he's supposed to sleep, but he slept 4 hrs straight in the evening. And now I am tugged at constantly. Hmm !!!
I lay here just browsing instagram. The next best thing to FBing .... seriously. ..I love to view; more than to read the description of a picture .
So I type out a random topic that's handy and good for many health reasons.
I have a summer detox drink.Must say it's very popular with everyone. And for those who are new to this here's the recipe.

Detox summer quencher
_________________________
1.lemon - a big one
2.mint leaves - 10 nos
3. Cucumber  - 1
4. Water - a jug full ...yes u better drink more

Method
________
Just cut the lemon into half. Squeeze the juice and drop it into the jug.
Wash approx 10 mint leaves nd dump it in
Slice a cucumber nd toss them too
Now fill up ur jug with water
Voila !!!! All done
Refrigerate it for a day
And keep sipping at it next day...all along

Benefits u ask ?
Well for first it's a detox drink nd secondly it reduces water retention. .
Good enough ain't it.
Now just go ahead and make urself this simple simple detox  drink
